No curry meal is complete without some delicious Trinbagonian styled Dhal.
Made with Dried Split Peas and cooked in water with Tumeric, Garlic, Pimento and Geera and then swizzled to perfection. Can be eaten as a soup or as a side dish.
Just add hot water and enjoy!
